Mendelssohn’s Octet for Strings

American String Quartet 2014What were you doing at age 16?   Felix Mendelssohn was composing his brilliant Octet for Strings.  The American String Quartet will join forces with the Aeolus Quartet and Maestro Maull as they explore Movement I of this powerful work.

Tickets:  $40
Seniors/Students/Groups of 10+: $30  

Tickets will be available for purchase at the Concert Hall any time after 2:30 pm on Sunday, November 13. 


Please note – for Balcony seating only – the spoken word is sometimes a bit hard to hear if you are seated in the balcony.  The music sounds wonderful, but on occasion our patrons have told us that Maestro Maull is sometimes difficult to hear if you are seated in the balcony.
