We will also be honoring long-time supporters Bruce and Carla Hogg with the 2024 Discovery Award. Bruce and Carla attended their first Orchestra event back in 1998, and they have been introducing friends and colleagues to the mission and work of the organization ever since. Bruce joined the Discovery Orchestra Board of Trustees in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President. He and Carla have provided event sponsorships, TV production funding, and leadership for our past two Friend-Raiser cultivation events. We are very pleased to recognize their impact on the life and success of the Orchestra for so many seasons.
