299 years after the first publication of the score, Vivaldi’s Le quattro stagioni – The Four Seasons – remains one of the most popular compositions ever written by anyone!  The Discovery Orchestra recorded its two-part television series Discover Vivaldi’s Four Seasons before a live audience for American Public Television in 2012. Come and enjoy this encore video presentation of “Spring” and “Summer” in which Maestro Maull, concertmaster Peter Winograd, and The Discovery Orchestra vividly demonstrate the sonnets Vivaldi wrote describing this beloved music.
