September 22, 2019: Discovery Concert & TV Taping: Discover the Firebird

Fine Arts Center at Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ.

We are thrilled to share that we will be recording, before a live audience, our 5th show for public television – Discover the Firebird!

Artistic Director George Marriner Maull and 86 members of The Discovery Orchestra will explore Kastchei’s Infernal Dance from Igor Stravinsky’s popular masterpiece, the Firebird Suite. The final three movements, Infernal Dance, Lullaby and the uplifting Finale of the Firebird Suite will bring the show to an inspiring conclusion.

The taping will conclude by 4:30pm, and there will be no intermission. Only ages 8 and up will be admitted. Dress is your Sunday best.
